Cookies are text files that are stored on your mobile device and enable an analysis of your use of this app. For example, information on the operating system, your IP address and the date and time of your use of the app on our website are recorded. 5.4.1 Order processing

We have concluded a contract with Google for order processing and are fully implementing the legal requirements for the use of Google Analytics.

5.4.2 IP anonymisation function

We use the function "Activation of IP anonymisation". In this case, your IP address will already be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thus made anonymous. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

5.5 Google Maps

In our app we use the component "Google Maps" of the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google".

Each time a menu item of the app is called up with the "Google Maps" component integrated, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data.

5.6 YouTube

Our app uses plugins from YouTube, the site operated by Google. The site is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is a platform that enables the playback of audio and video files.
When you visit a corresponding menu item of our app, which includes a YouTube plug-in, a connection is established to the YouTube servers so that the video or audio file can be transferred and played back. The YouTube server will be informed which menu item of our app you have visited.
If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you can enable YouTube to assign your usage behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

5.6.1 YouTube with Enhanced Privacy Mode

We use the "extended privacy mode" option provided by YouTube.
According to YouTube, if you call a menu item of our app that has an embedded video, data will only be transmitted to the YouTube server when you view the video, in particular which menu item of our app you have visited.

5.7 User registration

We offer you the possibility to register in our App. The personal data voluntarily provided by you such as first name, sir name, address, contact and communication data such as telephone number and e-mail address are processed exclusively for the targeted and personal approach, e.g. in the environment of the chat program.
Registered users have the possibility to change or delete the data provided during registration at any time. We will also be happy to correct or delete these at your request, provided that there are no legal or contractual storage obligations to the contrary. With your registration in our app, we will also save your IP address and the date and time of your registration.
