Horizontal profiles for suspension systems

The horizontal profiles of the ATK103 and SystemOne BS subframe systems for ventilated rainscreen façades are made of aluminum. They enable the façade panels to be suspended quickly thanks to the geometrically matching clasps. In addition, the loads from the façade appearing via the clasps are transmitted via the horizontal profiles to the vertical level of the system. The horizontal profiles are installed on the vertical subframe elements either with system rivets or self-drilling screws. To allow the thermal expansion of the profile, a differentiation is made between slotted holes (sliding points) and fixed points (round holes) during assembly. Depending on the load requirements, the systems are available in different geometries. The profiles are available in 6 m lengths as standard.
